By sharing rides with others in the community, it offers affordable prices while minimizing wait times.
Available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, you can travel anywhere, anytime within the service area.
Simply book a ride through the app from one of over 500 virtual stops,
and the AI will determine the best vehicle and route to take you to your destination.

You can board by walking just 100 to 200 meters to your nearest virtual stop.

Kotohira mobi offers affordable and reliable transportation for everyone, anytime, anywhere.
We provide a "30-Day Unlimited Ride Plan" for daily commuting, school runs, hospital visits,
and shopping trips, as well as a "1-Day Unlimited Ride Plan" for more casual use.

30-Day Unlimited Ride Plan

30 days per person: 5,000 yen (tax included)

Student discount: 3,000 yen (tax included)

For family use

When you subscribe to the unlimited ride plan, up to six family members living in the same household can also join the plan for just 500 yen per person.

1-Day Unlimited Ride Plan

1 day per person: 1,000 yen (tax included)

When paying via the app,
the fare for the second family member
and beyond is 500 yen (tax included).

You can also purchase a 1-day pass with cash inside the mobi vehicle, not just through the app.

Visitors staying in Kotohira for sightseeing can also use the service.
It can be used for transportation to the Omon gate of Konpira-san (365th step of the stone stairs) and for udon tours. For more details, click here.

Fee for the first month after the 14-day trial: 3,000 yen (subsequent monthly fee: 5,000 yen)

After downloading the app, follow the steps below to select your desired plan.

1.Click on "Menu" and then select "Purchase/Change Subscription Plan."
2.Click "New Purchase."
3.Select "Japan" as the country and "Kotohira Town, Kagawa Prefecture" as the area.
4.Choose your desired plan.

STEP1

Tap on the drop-off location near your destination, review the details, and then tap "Go Here." You can also search by address or building name.
STEP2

Tap on your current location or preferred pick-up location, review the details, and then tap "Ride From Here."
STEP3

Confirm the number of passengers, review the details (estimated travel time, pick-up time, arrival time, and fare), and tap "Call mobi."
STEP4

Once the screen displays "Heading to pick-up location," your ride is confirmed. Please wait until the vehicle arrives. When mobi arrives, please tell the driver your name.

You can board near the location you specified. Detailed information will be available in the app after you request a ride.

Does it cost money to use the service?

The "30-Day Unlimited Ride Plan" costs 5,000 yen (tax included), the "1-Day Unlimited Ride Plan" costs 1,000 yen (tax included), and the "One-Time Plan," where you pay per ride, also costs 1,000 yen (tax included). A free trial period is available for the "30-Day Unlimited Ride Plan."

* After the free trial period for the 30-Day Unlimited Ride Plan ends, the plan will automatically renew as a paid plan.

* If you cancel the plan during the free trial period, it will not automatically renew as a paid plan, and you will not be charged.

Are there any options other than the unlimited use plan?

We offer a 1-Day Unlimited Ride Plan for 1,000 yen.
You can also use the service for 1,000 yen per ride (same fare for adults and children).

* For the 1-Day Unlimited Ride Plan and the per-ride option, payment can be made by cash or through the app.

* Children under elementary school age ride for free if they sit on your lap.

* For the 1-Day Unlimited Ride Plan and per-ride option, you can purchase a 1-day pass with cash inside the mobi vehicle.

Is the monthly renewal automatic for the unlimited use plan?

Yes, it automatically renews every 30 days. If you wish to stop the renewal, please disable automatic renewal for your subscription through your My Page.

What is the family option?

The family option allows the family members of the primary subscriber to use the same service for 500 yen per person. Up to six family members can be registered. (This excludes 1-day passes purchased onboard and the 30-day student discount plan.)

For daily commuting to work or school: Kotohira mobi combines the best of buses and taxis. It's easy to use for commuting to work or school, reducing both the physical and mental burden of travel! You can also make better use of your commute time.
For picking up and dropping off kids: Ideal for picking up and dropping off your children at daycare, cram school, or lessons, which can often be hectic. Even on rainy days, mobi makes it easier!
